Crew Training

Recognising modern militaries’ requirement for a flexible and cost-effective way to train AFV crews, NSC has developed GATE.   Our approach eliminates the need for expensive individual simulators for each type of AFV by providing a virtual environment training package that can be adapted to represent different vehicles.   Using controllers identical to those found within specific AFVs, GATE allows commanders, drivers and gunners to practise and develop their skills and drills both individually and collectively.   The game-based graphics immerse trainees in a rich and detailed 3D world in which they can hone their abilities and gain vital operational knowledge.   GATE is fully adaptable and can be delivered via anything from a desktop computer to a full-scale simulator depending on your requirements.
